4. Payment Terms

• Payments are non-refundable once work on the project has commenced, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment for the services, you will own the rights to the final website design and code, excluding any third-party materials (e.g., stock photos, licensed software, etc.) that we may use in the project.
• Webmakers24 retains the right to use the website in portfolios, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality and will not share any personal, business, or pro-prietary information provided by you without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Changes and Revisions
• We aim to provide the best possible service to meet your needs. If you request changes or revisions after the project has started, additional charges may apply.
• Major revisions, changes to the project scope, or additional features requested after the ini-tial agreement may require a new contract or adjusted pricing.
8. Website Launch and Completion
• Once the website has been developed and meets your approval, it will be launched.
• You will be notified when the project is complete, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the website is functioning properly before the final approval and launch.
9. Limitation of Liability
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the web-site once it has been launched, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interrup-tion, or data loss.
• We will make every effort to ensure the functionality and security of your website, but we cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free or free from vulnerabilities.
10. Termination
We may terminate our agreement at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms. In the event of termination, you will still be responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Germany.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Your continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
